• Novaplast® BIO is an extremely fast oxidative drying series for printing on foil and other non-absorbent substrates that is based on renewable raw materials.
• It consists of the process inks Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, as well as 11 mono-pigmented base colour inks, transparent white, opaque white and black.

Range of Fluorescent inks that feature strong luminescence effect in day light, which becomes stronger under UV-light.

Spot colour inks for sheetfed offset

• Novaspot® Fluorescent BIO inks transform UV light in visible light, thus obtaining their luminescence.
• Fluorescent inks are not self illuminating, they are not radioactive, nor do they contain phosphorescent materials, they do not glow in the dark, but only in daylight.
• The Novaspot® Fluorescent BIO range includes 7 primary colours and 7 secondary colours, which correspond to the PANTONE® colour book. It is supplemented by one special colour: Chartreuse Yellow. The secondary colours can be mixed from primary colours but can also be obtained ready-to-print.
• Novaspot® Fluorescent BIO inks are based on BIO-binders and offer high brilliance and very good printability as well as excellent colour intensity and luminescence.

Cold foil glue for gold foils.

Product features

• Novasens® 225139 PREMIUM is a low-odour and low-migration cold foil glue for gold foils, that is used in cold foil applications systems such as manroland InlineFoiler, Heidelberg foil star and KBA ColdFoiler. In contrast to previous effect foil applications, for which a letterpress or flexographic unit is necessary, these new systems apply the cold foil using two conventional offset printing units.
• Novasens® 225139 PREMIUM is applied through the first inking unit and an offset printing plate as a spot application, or to the entire sheet. The following printing unit is for applying the foil to the parts of the substrates coated with glue. Subsequent overprinting of the foil enables a great variety of colour nuances to be achieved.
• The glue is ready-to-print, can be handled as a conventional offset ink and offers good printability.
• Novasens® 225139 PREMIUM is particularly well suited for the use on coated substrates in straight-line-printing on all multi-colour printing presses equipped with cold foil application systems.
